Cancellation Policy

Please read the following cancellation policy carefully. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms. 1. Customer Cancellations • Customers must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule their tour. Requests must be made via email at gavin@paisleyheritage.org.uk. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling. 2. Tour Cancellations by Us • In the event that we cancel a tour, customers will be given the choice of: o A full refund of the ticket price. o Rescheduling to another tour date. o Receiving credit towards a future tour. 3. Mid-Tour Cancellations • If a tour is cancelled partway through, we will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer, such as travel, accommodation, or other expenses. 4. Force Majeure • We shall not be liable for cancellations or changes to the tour due to events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, illness, or government restrictions. 5. Refund Processing Time • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the cancellation request is approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 6.
